Vámi uvedené osobní údaje budou zpracovány výhradně za účelem provedení registrace na varnisáž výstavy Ze stínů ke světlu a bude s nimi nakládáno v souladu s Nařízením Evropské parlamentu a Rady EU 2016/679 ze dne 27. dubna 2016 o ochraně fyzických osob v souvislosti se zpracováním osobních údajů a o volném pohybu těchto údajů a o zrušení směrnice 95/46/ES (Obecné nařízení o ochraně osobních údajů).
Pořadatel akce oznamuje, že v souvislosti s konáním akce mohou být pořizovány fotografie a audiovizuální záznamy zachycující účastníky, které mohou být následně užívány Pořadatelem akce a jeho partnery pro marketingové a propagační účely dokud nepožádáte o zpětvzetí souhlasu s použitím. Fotograf na akci bude viditelně označen. Za pořizování a užívání takových fotografií a audiovizuálních záznamů nenáleží účastníkům jakákoliv odměna ani jiná náhrada. Účastí na akci udělujete s výše uvedeným souhlas. Souhlas lze vzít kdykoliv zpět.

The event organizer declares that photographs and audiovisual recordings depicting event participants may be made in connection with the event; these photographs and audiovisual recordings may subsequently be used by the event organizer and its partners for marketing and promotional purposes, unless you request the revocation of your consent with this use of the photographs and audiovisual recordings. The event photographer will be clearly identified as such. Participants are not entitled to remuneration or any other form of compensation for the making and use of the above-mentioned photographs and audiovisual recordings. By participating in the event, you express your consent with the above conditions. You may revoke your consent at any time.
