Article on the conference Transferred to Reich Ownership
The current issue of Kunst und Recht – Journal für Kunstrecht, Urheberrecht und Kulturpolitik contains an article on the conference Transferred to Reich Ownership. Documenting, identifying and restituting Nazi-looted cultural property, organised by the CDMP in September this year. The author of the article, which summarises both the content of the individual presentations and the overall contribution of the conference, is Dr. Jens Hoppe of the Conference on Jewish Material Claims Against Germany, Office for Germany, who participated as one of the speakers.
